This website is not medical or dental advice
Everything on this site — the service pages, the patient resources, the articles about gum disease and inflammation — is general health information. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for an examination. Reading this site does not create a dentist-patient relationship. That relationship begins when you are seen in the office and Dr. Rowe accepts you for care.
Emergencies
Do not use this website to report a dental or medical emergency. Web forms and email are not monitored around the clock. If you are having a dental emergency during office hours, call 773-366-8718. If you have facial swelling that is spreading, difficulty breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, or a serious injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Results vary
Any before-and-after photograph, case description, or timeline on this site shows the result one patient achieved. Dental outcomes depend on your anatomy, your bone and gum health, your bite, your habits, and how closely you follow instructions. Nothing here is a promise of a particular result for you. Treatment recommendations, the number of visits required, and cost can only be established after an examination.
Fees, estimates, and insurance
Any fee shown on this site is an estimate for a defined scope of treatment and is subject to change. Your actual cost depends on your clinical findings and your plan's benefits, limitations, deductible, and annual maximum. Listing a dental plan on our insurance page means we submit claims to that plan; it does not guarantee that your specific policy covers a specific procedure. We verify benefits before treatment and give you a written estimate.

Those marks are used here to identify the systems we are trained in and use in the office. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies beyond being a provider of their systems. "Pearl Veneers" is our own branded treatment offering.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, photographs of the office and of Dr. Rowe, and the Comfort Family Dental name and mark are ours and may not be reproduced without permission. Several neighborhood photographs are licensed from Wikimedia Commons under Creative Commons terms, with the photographer and license credited beneath each image; those images remain subject to their own licenses.
